Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
Other Cities: 3–7 Business Days
Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or above a specified order value.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email and/or SMS.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. NABA is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information.

Damaged Package

If the package appears damaged during delivery, please refuse delivery or record an unpacking video and contact our customer support within 48 hours.

International Shipping

Currently, NABA ships only within India unless otherwise specified.
