Cancellation & Refund Policy

At NABA, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • Unboxing video (recommended)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect products shipped
  • Orders cancelled before dispatch

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Used or opened products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Incorrect orders placed by customers
  • Allergic reactions due to individual skin sensitivity (customers are advised to perform a patch test before use)
Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another approved method after verification.

Replacement Policy

Eligible replacement requests will be processed subject to stock availability.
